Thanks to Adam Walczak at John Hunter Living Lab for cohosting with Kate O’Mara for cohosting another HMIC (Health & Medtech Industry Cluster) event bringing together industry, government, clinicians and University of Newcastle and Hunter Medical Research Institute (HMRI) researchers. It’s always a privilege to learn how our regions unique geography, deep partners with the HNE-LHD and NSWHealth enabled Rohan Walker, Murielle Kluge and the team out of our School of Biomedical Science and Pharmacy (@ The University of Newcastle) created VR Tactics tools to co-develop and create a training product using VR technology to train team ranging from clinicians, nurses, and paramedics deliver best-practice response protocols to stroke patients.
